Last Minute Eats

Website privacy notice

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This notice covers the Last Minute Eats website at lastminuteeats.com, including the city pages. When you message us to book a table, or join as a restaurant, the privacy policy for that city applies instead. Each city page links to its own.

Who we are

The website is run by Last Minute Eats Limited, which is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

The website has no accounts, forms or advertising. We collect:

How we use it and our lawful basis

We use this data to run the website, keep it secure, fix faults and show you the page for your nearest city. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in running a working, secure website that is useful to you.

We use analytics to understand how people find and use the website, so we can improve it. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Amazon Web Services hosts the website and stores its logs. Google provides Google Analytics, if you accept it. We have turned off Google's advertising features and Google signals, so the data isn't used for advertising. We don't sell personal data, and we disclose it to authorities only where the law requires it.

International transfers

The website's logs and analytics data are stored in the United States. For this we rely on UK adequacy regulations, including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Request logs are deleted after 14 days. Google Analytics keeps the data it links to your cookies for 2 months.

Cookies and storage on your device

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which last up to 2 years. If you reject it, no cookies are set. Either way, your browser's local storage remembers your choice, so we don't ask again on every page.

To change your choice, use here or at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to our use of it, and receive it in a portable format. Contact hello@lastminuteeats.com. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
